What is Teeth-in-an-Hour™?
This method uses advanced CT surgical digital planning, scanning, and a carefully fabricated provisional bridge to allow patients to leave with immediate fixed teeth.
Unlike traditional implant treatments, which can require several months before fixed teeth are placed, this offers a more immediate and natural-looking solution. The procedure avoids unnecessary delays and allows patients to benefit from reduced treatment stages, less discomfort, and a highly predictable outcome.
Key Benefits
- Immediately fixed teeth are placed on the same day
- Fewer implants required — typically four strategically positioned implants
- Avoidance of extensive bone grafting in many cases
- Shorter surgery time due to digital planning
- Improved stability and function compared with dentures
- A natural-looking full smile created using high-quality materials
- Predictable results through CT-guided planning
The Process
Consultation and assessment — a detailed consultation. Dr. Sherif will examine your oral health, take X-rays, photos, impressions, and a CT scan. This allows precise planning.
Digital planning — using advanced 3D software, the exact position of each implant is mapped out prior to surgery. Your temporary fixed bridge is also fabricated in advance to ensure a smooth treatment day.
Surgery day — the implants are placed using the pre-planned guide. Local anaesthetic is used to keep the procedure comfortable. Once the implants are positioned, your custom provisional bridge is fitted, allowing you to leave with a stable set of fixed teeth.
Healing and review — over the next few months, the implants integrate with the jawbone. Regular check-ups ensure healthy healing and proper function.
Final teeth placement — after 3–6 months, a new impression is taken, and your final full-arch prosthesis is created and fitted.
