What is the All-on-Four Procedure?
This method uses advanced CT surgical digital planning, scanning, and a carefully fabricated provisional bridge to allow patients to leave with immediate fixed teeth.
The procedure requires only four dental implants to be placed in strategic locations within the jaw bone. These implants act as anchors, and hold an upper or lower arch of replacement teeth in place solidly within the mouth.
Unlike traditional approaches to restoring a full arch — which can involve bone grafts, six or more implants, and as many as 18 months of treatment — All-on-Four is performed so that, when completed, you leave with fixed, non-removable replacement teeth the same day. The final prosthesis is fitted after healing.

The Process
Consultation and assessment — Dr. Sherif will examine your oral health, take X-rays, photos, impressions, and a CT scan.
Digital planning — using advanced 3D software, the exact position of each implant is mapped out prior to surgery. Your temporary fixed bridge is fabricated in advance.
Surgery day — the implants are placed using the pre-planned guide. Local anaesthetic is used to keep the procedure comfortable. Once the implants are positioned, your custom provisional bridge is fitted.
Healing and review — over the next few months, the implants integrate with the jawbone. Regular check-ups ensure healthy healing and proper function.
Final teeth placement — after 3–6 months, a new impression is taken, and your final full-arch prosthesis is created and fitted.
