Rezum is a treatment for benign enlargement of the prostate — not for prostate cancer. Steam is delivered into the extra tissue so that it shrinks over the following weeks, opening the channel that urine passes through.
Whether it is suitable depends on the size and shape of the prostate, and on your symptoms. That is a question for a consultant, once the service is open.
