Why people consider it

What are the benefits?

  • An inverted nipple drawn outward
  • An areola made smaller
  • Usually home the same day

Often considered in the situations above. A consultation is the place to talk about the result you have in mind, and whether this procedure is a sensible way there. Nothing is offered until that conversation has happened. Individual results vary.

Inverted nipple correction draws the nipple outward. Areola reduction makes the coloured skin around the nipple smaller. Either can be done on its own, or both in the same surgical session.

It is a smaller procedure than a breast augmentation or an uplift. A dressing protects the nipple for a week or two, and most people are back at a desk within a few days.
