Why people consider it

What are the benefits?

  • Considered when skin, not only fat, hangs from the upper arm
  • Can be planned alongside a tummy tuck
  • Day case for most people

Often considered in the situations above. A consultation is the place to talk about the result you have in mind, and whether this procedure is a sensible way there. Nothing is offered until that conversation has happened. Individual results vary.

An arm lift removes loose skin from the upper arm. It is the operation people ask about after a tummy tuck, or after a large change in weight, when the arm itself has not followed.

The scar sits on the inside of the arm. Where it will lie, and what clothing will cover it, is agreed at consultation. Surgery, the room, and the reviews are all at the Hospital.

An arm lift is sometimes combined with liposuction in the same surgical session.
